Abundance Problems

April 2, 2012

For what it’s worth, I’m not pregnant.

I am on cycle day 7 and am unsure who the donor will be this month, which is upsetting considering I had my surge last cycle on CD 11. (I’ve got less than 4 days to get my ducks in a row.)  The uncertainty is due to the fact that I am on the verge of yet another donor change. It appears that donor #1 is still willing, but I am not confident in his reliability due to his own life happenings. Donor #2 is also still willing, but he lives 1,000 miles away and plane tickets would cost me between 200 and 250 every month. Donor #3 is 85% sure he will say yes and lives 2 miles away. We met a few days ago in a tea house and talked. If #3 can’t give me a yes in the next 48 hours, I will call donor #1 and hope he keeps saying yes. Donor #2 has not responded to the email I sent saying that I would like to start working with #3.

Considering I’ve never even dated more than one person at a time, this is, um, a lot.

    Oh, honey. I’m so sorry.

  2. Don’t be sorry. It’s raining sperm.
